If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

At Vape Central Group, we appreciate your business and insist on ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the item or items you received, we insist that you contact us at your earliest convenience and arrange for a return. Please be sure to include everything that was included with your order just as you received it and complete the attached "RETURN FORM" providing order #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number and Reason for the Return. You can mail it to us to the address that you will find at the end of this form.

IMPORTANT: In some of the cases, please be aware that Vape Central Group will require the customer to send us pictures of defective or damaged items - this is at our discretion on a case by case basis. We also have a customer care email and phone line that can assist you with troubleshooting steps in order to try to educate you and/or help to repair the item to save you from the hassle of going through the process of returning the merchandise.

We won't refund or accept returns on items that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, as well as any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the day you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED, UNOPENED and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Items that wont be accepted as returns will be e-liquid, opened cartridges or consumable products for hygienic reasons.

Please include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately let you know on the status of your refund upon inspection of the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card or other types of payments). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Be aware that if your refund is approved you will be charged a 15% restocking fee if item is not in it original packaging and in brand new condition. If the item is defective, the customer won't be charged the restocking fee.

Sale Items (If Applicable):

Sale items are not applicable for refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@vapecentralgroup.com. We will be more than happy to assist you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges:

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
